I grew up in Belarus in a family of engineers. I wanted to be an architect, but I became a designer. I was lucky enough to meet a brilliant mentor at the British Higher School of Design who changed my life. I came to understand that design exists to improve people's lives. This idea probably taught me to be a great team leader and business problem solver. Now my strengths are a blend of communication design training, strong interface design experience and practical management skills.
