Transformed Small Business Banking with UI/UX Design at Loquat
I designed a user-friendly banking app with a conversational-like interface, streamlining financial processes for small businesses.
I also worked on IoT service design for Sberbank. We called it 'Project Eye'
We iteratively improved the interface through a series of user tests and coordination with the development team to make life easier for bank employees and customers.
