I have been leading teams for the past 10 years, drawing on over two decades of design experience.

Most recently, I served as Head of Design at AGIMA, Eastern Europe's leading digital production agency, where I led an incredible design team. Together, we completed over 120 projects and earned around 40 awards and achievements.

Currently I use my expertise as a design partner, working with global startups such as StoryMapper and AURA Devices.

Over the course of my career, I've completed several hundred projects in various areas of visual communication and product design.

I don't have a strict focus: I've helped design for companies in fintech, healthcare, retail, gaming, media, IoT, AI, etc.

This might seem like a weakness, but I can see how my diverse experience strengthens me when it comes to solving business problems and understanding the target audience.

For example, I've adapted online shopping practices to increase media conversions (invite me for a chat and I'll tell you more!).

Principles

Design is created by people for people, and leadership should be focused on the people involved.

My role is to help stakeholders articulate their vision by asking the right questions based on my extensive experience.

My duty is to inspire designers. I do this by pushing them to new challenges with new tools, new approaches and new frameworks.

I prefer to give designers a little more responsibility than they are ready for, while taking the risk of failure myself. It takes courage and effort, but the results are amazing.
