Turning Phone-Based Sales into a Digital Customer Journey for Tending.app

I helped turn an emotionally sensitive, phone-based service into a clear digital customer journey, improving the customer experience and sales operations with AI-assisted workflows.

Growing subscriptions 10× and sales 2× for AURA, a healthcare service

I improved the iOS and watchOS experience, website, paywall, and marketing touchpoints to increase conversion, retention, and product value.

I led design across 100+ client projects, scaled the team to 20+ designers, cut turnover by 50%, and helped increase profitability by 30%.

I’m a hands-on product design leader with 20+ years of experience creating digital products and 12+ years building and leading design teams.

Born in Minsk, a city of engineers, I learned early to enjoy understanding how things work and finding ways to make them better. That curiosity still shapes how I approach products, teams, and business today.

I work across product strategy, research, UX, and UI, combining hands-on design with leadership experience from startups, product companies, and more than 100 client projects.

I look at product problems as a business person and solve them as a designer. Research, Figma, AI, experimentation, and design teams are tools — I use the ones that best fit the challenge.

When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me kayaking, gaming on my Steam Deck, or exploring new places on foot.
